We are having our class Meet at 10:00 am today.
I invited students to wear Pajamas today and to bring a “snack” while we chat and I read chapter one from JK Rowling’s new book “The Ickabog”. We may also have a LEGO challenge and exchange some jokes!
Your child will need a pencil and paper, LEGO or other building material, and if they wish, a joke to share.

In the meantime, if you are experiencing an issue with the Grid View in Google Meet, we suggest you make the following changes to allow your child to see more people on the screen during the Google Meet sessions.
- Turn the Grid view extension off (there will be a strike-through line through the icon when it’s off)
- Click on the ‘Timbits’ at bottom right of the window
- Then click ‘Change layout’ and choose Tiled view
- You will likely need to perform this change at the beginning of each Google Meet session.
This option will give you Google’s Tiled view. It is important to note that only 16 participants will appear on the screen at any one time.
